Welcome to Original Frameworks. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Our Products
We create and sell handmade goods and custom framing. Each piece is crafted individually, so minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the handmade character.
2. Ordering
Orders are placed through our secure online storefront. Payments are captured via Clover (and, where applicable, Square). After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, error, or unavailability.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors or update availability after confirmation.
4. Pickup & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled via in-store pickup only unless we make written exceptions in advance. You will be notified when your order is ready. For details, see Shipping & Payment Info.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once the item leaves our store. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, and designs are the property of Original Frameworks and may not be used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Original Frameworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

Transactional data processed securely by our payment providers (Clover and/or Square). We do not store full card details.

Shipping & Payment Information

Pickup Only
Original Frameworks currently offers in-store pickup only. We will email you when your order is ready. Typical timelines:
Ready-made items: generally within 2–3 business days.
Custom framing & made-to-order items: timelines vary; we’ll provide an estimated completion date when you order.
If you need an exception (e.g., special delivery/arrangements), please contact us before placing your order. Exceptions are considered case-by-case and confirmed in writing.
Payment Methods
We accept major debit/credit cards via Clover (and, where applicable, Square). Payments are processed securely; Original Frameworks does not store your card details.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on local and state laws.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please verify your details and contact us promptly with any corrections.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final After Pickup
Because our frames and handmade goods are crafted with care—and often customized—all sales are final once an item leaves our store. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after pickup.
Inspect at Pickup
Please inspect your item carefully during pickup. If you notice damage or an error, let us know before leaving the store and we will work to correct it promptly.
Order Review Before Completion
We encourage you to review and approve all order details, materials, and finishes in advance. If you need changes, contact us prior to pickup so we can address them.
